1) COURSES AND GUIDINGS

Course and Guiding reservations can be made via the online reservation form, by email or by telephone.
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of 20% VAT.

It is compulsory to wear appropriate eyewear for all Courses and Guidings.

When wearing wading gear, it is compulsory to use a wading belt.

Non-swimmers accept the risks associated with fishing in or near water.

Participation in our Courses and Guidings is entirely at the participant's risk. We generally accept no liability for damages to goods or persons of any kind.

1a) Courses:
A deposit of 150 euro is required at the time of reservation. The remaining course fee must be paid at the beginning of the first course day. When you reserve a course, you will receive written conformation. If the course if fully booked, we will contact you as soon as possible to identify another course date. If you are unable to participate on another date your deposit will be refunded.

The cost of fishing permits is included in the Course fee. Tax cards for the relevant region are not included in the Course fee.

For organizational reasons, Courses will take place irrespective of weather conditions.

Underbooked Courses
If the number of participants for a given course is below the minimum, the course may still go ahead if those who have registered for it so desire. In this case, the price of the course increases in accordance with the number of confirmed participants.

1b) Guidings:
The Guiding fee, and cost of fishing permits and regional tax cards (see the Guiding section) are payable on the day of the event. The cost of fishing permits and regional tax cards is not included in the Guiding fee.

Dates for Guiding events can be individually arranged. In the case of poor weather or water conditions, the reserved date for Guiding events can be postponed by mutual agreement.

1c) Next Generation Courses (children's courses):
It is compulsory for participants in Next Generation Courses (children's courses) to wear a life jacket specifically designed for fishing conditions. We provide the necessary life jackets.

Reservation or participation in one of our Courses or Guidings implies acceptance of the current terms and conditions.

All personal data is processed in the strictest confidence.

We accept no liability for the correctness of the information provided on our websites. No liability claims can be made for damages to material, immaterial or intellectual property arising from the use of information provided on our websites.
